How do I make my email messages available and accessible offline for IMAP accounts?

By default settings EssentialPIM downloads email headers for IMAP accounts and then loads contents of a message when you click on it. To change this and automatically download full messages from the server, click on the “Manage Folders” button on the toolbar and adjust the synchronization type to be “Full messages” for the desired folders.

Comme beaucoup de monde, j'ai des dossiers non créés, que je n'arrive pas à supprimer.

Please remove and then re-add the account into EPIM, it should start working normally then.
