Clicking on hyperlinks doesn’t seem to be working.

To open links, click on them while holding down the Ctrl key.

How can I change the display order in Notes so I can always enter my latest note at the top rather than scroll all the way to the bottom to enter my latest note?

Click on View->Arrange by (or simply right click on the notes tree) and choose the "Modified" option.
