National holidays can either be imported from the iCal (*.ics) files or subscribed to by clicking on File->Subscriptions->Add Calendar (iCal) Subscription.
There are plenty of various calendars in this widely popular format available on the Internet. Google for the calendar you need and use either of the options mentioned above to add it into EPIM.
