We ordered additional EssentialPIM Pro Business licenses but some of the new users are unable to connect to the database. EssentialPIM says that they need a Business edition license. What to do?

When you place an order for additional EssentialPIM Pro Business licenses, the ordering system generates new license keys for your current order only, it is not aware of your previous licenses. So, please forward us your existing and new order ID numbers and we'll issue you a new combined license key.
