The Business edition related queries.

• How can I view records for particular users?
• EssentialPIM tells me that that database is already in use by another app when I try to connect to it.
• We ordered additional EssentialPIM Pro Business licenses but some of the new users are unable to connect to the database. EssentialPIM says that they need a Business edition license. What to do?
• I get the following message: “You need EssentialPIM Pro Business license to connect to EPIM server” when trying to open a database file over network.
• I am unable to connect to my database over the network. What should I do?
• I am trying to connect to a database file over local network or over Internet but EssentialPIM only lets me through if using the SYSDBA (admin) user credentials. How can I connect to the database using another user details?
